Why doesn’t Tomas have a white tail tip?
Many people are used to foxes having a white tail tip. It’s a very common trait and one most of us instantly associate with foxes. But in nature, it’s not a strict rule.
The color of a fox’s tail tip can vary depending on genetics, age, season, and environment. Some foxes have a pure white tip, others have a cream, beige, or slightly brownish one. All of these are completely natural variations.
For Tomas, the non-white tail tip is a conscious design choice. It makes him feel a bit more grounded, mature, and less “storybook perfect.” It also helps his silhouette feel calmer and more balanced, without pulling too much attention to the tail.
